Technical Brief DescriptionA heat exchanger for recycling excess heat in waste gas, consisting mainly of a hot-end chamber, a cold-end chamber, a sealed separator, an enhanced heat transfer and condensation pipe bundle and an evaporative light pipe bundle. The inner cavity of the finned tube at the cold end is connected to the upper wall of the evaporation chamber at the hot end by welding. During operation, the flue gas containing excess heat runs through the inside of the pipe at the hot end, heating the liquid in the hot-end chamber and causing it to vaporize. The steam enters through the small holes in the sealed separator connected to the inside of the enhanced heat transfer pipe, and the heated gas flows through the outside of the enhanced heat transfer pipe bundle, causing the steam inside the pipe to condense, transferring the heat to the heated gas, while the condensed liquid flows back into the hot-end chamber under gravity, thus achieving recycling. Compared to the prior art, this product effectively solves the blockage of the heat exchanger in the process of recycling excess heat of waste gas and makes the cleaning easier.
