技术简要说明本发明涉及燃煤电厂脱硫废水烟道喷雾蒸发零排放处理装置及方法,该装置位于空气预热器及烟气冷却器之间垂直下降、低位水平、垂直上升或高位水平烟道中,包括在所述烟道内沿一次烟气流动方向依次布置的贴壁热烟气分配组件、脱硫废水雾化组件和热二次风喷射组件;本发明利用空气预热器出口的一次烟气、热二次风和一定比例的进口热烟气贴壁射流快速蒸发经脱硫废水雾化组件雾化的射流或液滴,使脱硫废水中的盐结晶析出,并干燥结晶盐颗粒的潮湿表面以防其在烟道中沾污“挂壁”,同时脱硫废水中的氯化物将Hg0氧化成Hg2+,并和结晶盐颗粒一起在烟气冷却过程中发生吸附凝并,在静电除尘器中被协同脱除,真正实现了燃煤电厂脱硫废水“零排放”及协同脱除烟气中的Hg0。

Technical Brief DescriptionThe invention relates to a device and method for zero discharge treatment of flue spray evaporation of desulphurization wastewater from coal-fired power plants. The device is placed in a vertically descending, low horizontal, vertically rising or high horizontal flue between an air preheater and a flue cooler and comprises a wall-mounted hot flue gas distribution assembly, a desulfurization wastewater atomization assembly and a hot secondary air injection assembly arranged sequentially in the direction of primary flue flow in the said flue. The invention uses the primary flue gas at the outlet of the air preheater, the hot secondary air and a certian proportion of the hot flue gas at the inlet against the wall to rapidly evaporate the jet flow or droplets atomized by the desulfurization wastewater atomization assembly, separates the salt in the desulfurization wastewater by crystallization and dries the wet surface of the crystalline salt particles to prevent them from staining the flue and "hanging on the walls". At the same time the chloride in the desulfurization wastewater oxidises Hg0 to Hg2+, which will be adsorbed and condensed together with the crystalline salt particles in the flue gas cooling process and will be synergistically removed in the electrostatic precipitator, truly achieving "zero discharge" of desulfurization wastewater from coal-fired power plants and synergistically removing Hg0 from the flue gas.
