技术简要说明本发明公开了一种有机废液及污泥的间接换热型超临界水氧化系统,通过设置回热器、预热器,借助中间介质循环,实现间接地将超临界水氧化反应出水的热量传递给后续待处理物料。相对于反应出水直接对待处理物料进行预热的换热设备,该工艺中的预热器/回热器仅其内管需采用高端耐蚀合金、外管采用碳钢或者低合金钢即可,从而大大降低了超临界水氧化工艺中预热-冷却设备的投资成本。此外,预热器/回热器外管侧为干净的除盐水,避免了换热器外管侧走脏流体的堵塞风险。此外,工艺末端设置的三相分离子系统可实现超临界水氧化反应出水中液、固、气三相的自动连续在线分离。该工艺可广泛应用于各类有机废液及污泥的超临界水氧化处理领域。

Technical Brief DescriptionThe invention discloses an indirect heat transfer supercritical water oxidation system for organic liquid waste and sludge. By setting a heat regenerator and a preheater and by means of intermediate media circulation, the system enables the indirect transfer of heat the effluent generated in the supercritical water oxidation reaction to the subsequent materials to be treated. In contrast to the heat transfer equipment where the reaction effluent preheats the materials to be treated directly, the preheater/heat regenerator in the said process only requires high-end corrosion resistant alloy for the inner tubes and carbon steel or low alloy steel for the outer tubes, thus greatly reducing the investment cost of the preheating-cooling equipment in the supercritical water oxidation process. In addition, the outer tube side of the preheater/heat regenerator is clean demineralized water, which avoids the risk of the outer tube side of the heat exchanger being blocked with dirty fluid. In addition, a three-phase separation subsystem set at the end of the process system enables the automatic and continuous online separation of liquid, solid and gas phases in the effluent from the supercritical water oxidation reaction. The process can be widely used for the supercritical water oxidation of various types of organic liquid wastes and sludges.
