技术简要说明本实用新型公开了一种废塑料薄膜无水清洗装置,包括无水清洗机、气固分离筛、除尘系统和输送系统,无水清洗机内筒体呈锥形,内筒体表面设置有锥形振打器,大径一端设置有均匀分布的离心风叶,腹部设置有筛孔和螺旋输送机;气固分离筛设置在无水清洗机出口,外部设置有封闭外壳,内部设置有带孔的筛分滚筒,腹部设置有螺旋输送机;清洗机和气固分离筛的外壳设置有收尘口,通过除尘管网与螺旋除尘器和袋式除尘器连接,组成负压除尘系统;装置的出料部位分别设置有物料输送机。本实用新型具有结构简单、连续工作能力强、不缠绕、不拥堵、节约水资源和人力资源诸多优优点。

Technical Brief DescriptionThe utility model discloses a device for waterless cleaning of waste plastic films, comprising a waterless washing machine, a gas-solid separation sieve, a dust removal system and a conveying system, wherein the inner cylinder of the waterless washing machine is conical and is provided with a conical vibrator on the surface, evenly distributed centrifugal fan blades at the end with a large diameter, and a sieve and a screw conveyor at the abdomen; the gas-solid separation sieve is set at the outlet of the waterless washing machine and is provided with a closed housing externally, a perforated sieving roller internally and a screw conveyor in the abdomen; the washing machine and the housing of the gas-solid separation sieve are provided with dust collection ports, which are connected to the screw dust collector and the bag filter through a dust extraction pipe network, forming a negative pressure dust removal system; separate material conveyors are provided for the discharge parts of the device. The utility model has many advantages, such as simple structure, continuous operation ability, no tangling, no congestion and saving water and human resources.
