技术简要说明该成果属于农业环境保护领域,主要针对土壤重金属污染修复问题,依据不同重金属的生态毒性,构建了土壤重金属污染的警戒值、限制值和应急值的含量范围,提出了不同污染程度土壤修复方法。结合实际工程修复目标,综合考虑土壤类型、土地利用方式、作物种植特点、土壤重金属的淋溶特性和污染生态毒理学评价等因素,提出了微生物强化植物提取,改性生物炭-粉煤灰/石灰固定-植物提取以及硫化钠稳定-卫生填埋的污染土壤修复技术方法和污染土壤修复效果长效评价方法。对轻污染区,通过化学修复土壤重金属浸出浓度明显降低,修复后土壤重金属浸出浓度达到《农田灌溉水质标准》(GB5084-2005)中规定的限值。对重污染区,通过客土置换和化学修复后重金属含量锐减。Cd、Pb、Hg均低于《土壤环境质量标准》三级标准限制。该成果在县重金属污染土壤修复工程中进行了推广示范,效果良好。

Technical Brief DescriptionThis achievement belongs to the field of agricultural environmental protection. Aiming at the remediation of heavy metal pollution in soil, according to the ecological toxicity of different heavy metals, the content ranges of alert value, limit value and emergency value of heavy metal pollution in soil were constructed, and the remediation methods of soil with different pollution degrees were put forward. Combined with the actual project remediation objectives, considering the factors such as soil types, land use patterns, crop planting characteristics, leaching characteristics of heavy metals in soil and ecological toxicological evaluation of pollution, the remediation technologies and long-term evaluation methods of remediation effects of contaminated soil, including microbial enhanced plant extraction, modified biochar-fly ash/lime fixation-plant extraction and sodium sulfide stabilization-sanitary landfill, were put forward. For lightly polluted areas, the concentration of heavy metals extracted from the soil after chemical remediation is obviously reduced, and the concentration of heavy metals extracted from the soil after remediation reaches the limit specified in the Water Quality Standard for Farmland Irrigation (GB5084-2005). For heavily polluted areas, the heavy metal content decreased sharply after replacement of foreign soil and chemical remediation. Cd, Pb, Hg are all lower than the third-class standard limit of Soil Environmental Quality Standard. This technology has been popularized and demonstrated in the heavy metal contaminated soil remediation project in the county, and has an good effect.
