技术简要说明本发明公开了一种利用工业矿石水洗泥饼稳定剂对土壤中重金属稳定的方法,其步骤如下:(1)将工业矿石水洗泥饼制成重金属稳定剂,(2)采用重金属稳定剂修复重金属污染的土壤:按步骤(1)制得的重金属稳定剂:待修复重金属污染土壤质量比为(4~5):100添加至待修复重金属污染土壤中(每千克待修复重金属污染土壤添加40~50克重金属稳定剂),即,将重金属稳定剂均匀播撒到待修复重金属污染土壤中,经混合均匀后,放置自然环境下7~14天,能够使得土壤中重金属含量下降90%~95%,土壤pH值稳定至7.8。该方法通过利用废弃的工业矿石水洗泥饼进行组分混合后制成重金属稳定剂,不仅降低了土壤修复成本,而且适用于各种重金属污染的土壤,且稳定化效果好,持久性强。

Technical Brief DescriptionThis invention discloses a method of stabilizing heavy metals in soil by using industrial ore rinsing filter cake as stabilizer, specifically: (1) Make industrial ore water rinsing filter cake into a heavy metal stabilizer, (2) use the heavy metal stabilizer to restore heavy metal contaminated soil: The heavy metal stabilizer prepared according to step (1): The mass ratio of the heavy metal contaminated soil to be repaired is (4-5): 100 to the heavy metal contaminated soil to be repaired (40-50g of heavy metal stabilizer shall be added per kg of heavy metal contaminated soil to be repaired), i.e., evenly spread the heavy metal stabilizer into the heavy metal contaminated soil to be repaired, mix it, let it stand for 7-14 days in the natural environment. After that, the content of heavy metals in the soil will decrease by 90% ~ 95%, and the soil pH value will be stabilized at 7.8. This method makes use of the waste industrial ore rinsing filter cake to make a heavy metal stabilizer, which can not only reduce the cost of soil remediation, but also be applied to all kinds of heavy metal contaminated soil, with good stabilization effect and strong durability.
