技术简要说明本项目采用多种研究方法和多种先进技术手段,研究不同城市功能区土壤中重金属元素含量和各级形态的分布,通过Pb稳定同位素示踪技术探讨各功能区中土壤重金属Pb的积累、迁移规律和可能的来源。通过这些工作能全面地评价城市及其周边地区土壤中重金属污染特征、污染程度和污染来源,探索和揭示现代城市土壤重金属污染的相关机制和规律。 项目主要通过用IsoProbe-T热电离质谱仪分析技术,高精度测定城市及其周边地区土壤、端元物质样品的Pb同位素比值的变化规律,解决土壤中污染物来源的关键问题。同时,通过对重金属形态分析与Pb同位素示踪的有机结合能够更准确地解析重金属污染物的来源;运用重金属不同形态中的Pb同位素特征判别重金属污染迁移转化途径。 本项目属应用基础性研究,将达到目的包括:(1)揭示城市各功能区中土壤Pb、Sr、Cd、Zn等重金属元素各级形态分布、积累和垂直迁移规律。(2)填补城市化过程中常见端元物质Pb同位素组成特征的空白。(3)解决城市土壤及其周边地区土壤中Pb等重金属污染的来源问题。揭示城市化过程中城市土壤重金属的主要来源及各污染源重金属元素对土壤中重金属元素污染的作用与贡献。

Technical Brief DescriptionThis project adopts multiple research methods and advanced technical means to study the content of heavy metal elements and the distribution in the soil of different urban functional areas, and adopts the Pb stable isotope tracing technology to explore the accumulation, migration and possible source of heavy metal Pb in soil in each functional area. With these efforts, we managed to comprehensively evaluate the characteristics, degree and source of heavy metal pollution in the soil of urban areas and surrounding areas, and explore and reveal the relevant mechanisms and laws of heavy metal pollution in modern urban soil. The project mainly uses the IsoProbe-T thermal ionization mass spectrometer analysis technology to accurately determine the change law of Pb isotope ratio of soil and end member material samples in urban areas and surrounding areas, thereby identifying the source of pollutants in the soil. We also analyze the forms of heavy metals and use the Pb isotope tracing technology to more accurately identify the source of heavy metal pollutants; use the characteristics of Pb isotope in different forms of heavy metals to identify the migration and transformation pathways of heavy metal pollution. This project is an applied basic research, with the purposes of: (1) reveal the distribution, accumulation and vertical migration of heavy metal elements such as Pb, Sr, CD and Zn at all levels in the urban functional areas; (2) complement the composition characteristics of Pb isotopic (a common end member element) in the process of urbanization; (3) identify the source of Pb and other heavy metal pollutants in urban soil and surrounding soil, reveal the main sources of heavy metals in urban soil in the process of urbanization, and the role and contribution of heavy metals from various pollution sources to the pollution of heavy metals in soil.
