技术简要说明随着人口的增长,我们需要尽可能有效并高效地利用现有资源,更好地利用生物质这一可再生资源,推动新行业的发展并为绿色化工经济提供动力。自1999年起先后与北京、山东、浙江、江苏、江西、安徽、甘肃等 10余个直辖市及省自治区开展秸秆等生物质利用项目的合作开发,2010年,基于汽爆核心技术的30万吨/年秸秆炼制工业产业化成功投产,整条生产线拥有完全自主知识产权,可实现年销售收入12亿元,利润约1亿元。真菌杀虫剂产业化及本林害虫持续控制技术得2009年"国家科学技术进步奖二等"。气相双动态固态纯种发酵技术获得北京市科学技术奖。 生物制造产业的发展依赖于生物反应装备和过程的创新。我国生物制造关键装备严重依赖进口,制约着我国生物制造产业的发展。研制系列特殊的高效传热、传质和低剪切的新型高效的生物过程装备以及反应分离介质对支撑我国生物制造过程的发展意义重大。

Technical Brief DescriptionAs the population goes up, we must use existing resources as effectively and efficiently as possible, especially biomass, a renewable resource, promote the development of new industries, and boost the green chemical economy. Since 1999, we have carried out straw and other biomass utilization projects jointly with more than 10 municipalities directly under the central government, provinces and autonomous regions, including Beijing, Shandong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Anhui, and Gansu. In 2010, the 300,000 t/year straw refining industry based on the core steam explosion technology was put into production. The whole production line is preserved with fully independent intellectual property rights, and may achieve an annual revenue of RMB 1.2 billion and a profit of about RMB 100 million. The technology of fungal insecticide industrialization and sustainable control of forest pests was given the second prize of the National Award for Science and Technology Progress in 2009. The gas-phase double dynamic solid-state pure seed fermentation technology was granted the Beijing Award for Science and Technology Progress. The development of biological manufacturing industry depends on the innovation of biological reaction equipment and process. China's biological manufacturing industry is severely restricted as we heavily rely on the imported biological manufacturing key equipment. Therefore, it is of great significance to develop new and efficient biological process equipment and reaction separation media with special high-efficiency heat and mass transfer as well as low shearing to support the development of China's biological manufacturing process.
