技术简要说明随着我国城镇化建设与城市发展步伐的加快,交通设施建设和汽车运输规模长足发展,道路交通在方便人们出行的同时,也给人的生活和工作环境带来诸如尾气污染、交通噪声、热岛效应等负面影响,道路建造技术面临新的要求和挑战。由长安大学牵头、多家单位产学研协作通过理论分析、材料研发、实体工程铺筑等方式,研发了包括吸收分解汽车尾气的路面材料与施工技术,透水性道路设计、施工与维护技术,低噪声路面结构和降噪设施,道路冰雪自融与防滑技术,低吸热式地面及其铺装技术等在内的环保型道路技术。主要创新点:(1)提出了透水沥青混合料组成设计方法以及透水沥青路面分类新方法。(2)开发了矿物负载型和耦合型光催化材料并研制了相应的尾气吸收分解涂料。(3)研发了基于近场测试原理的轮胎-路面交互作用路面噪声测量车。(4)建立了基于能量转化的道路融雪系统温-湿耦合瞬态融雪模型,开发了集成太阳能-土壤源热泵的道路融雪系统。(5)研发了保水乳浆材料、太阳热反射涂料,遴选了热阻矿料,提出了三种低吸热路面的材料组成设计方法。推广应用前景:透水沥青路面、尾气分解路面、低噪声路面、低吸热路面、融冰雪路面等是目前海绵城市建设中重要的绿色环保路面形式,经济、社会及环境效益显著,对建设两型社会产生了积极影响和示范带动作用。

Technical Brief DescriptionAs China speeds up its urbanization and urban development, and transportation facilities and automobile transportation scale gain rapid development, road facilitates our travel while brings negative impacts such as exhaust pollution, traffic noise, and heat island effect on our living and working environment. We are facing new requirements and challenges in road construction technology. A project led by Chang'an University and coordinated by many institutions have developed pavement materials and construction technology that absorbs and decomposes vehicle exhaust, permeable road design, construction and maintenance technology, low-noise pavement structure and noise reduction facilities, road ice and snow self-melting and anti-skid technology, low heat absorbing ground and its pavement technology, etc., after theoretical analysis, material research and development, and real paving. Main innovative points: (1) The composition design of permeable asphalt mixture and the new classification method of permeable asphalt pavement are proposed. (2) Mineral-supported and coupling photocatalytic materials and the corresponding exhaust absorption and decomposition coatings are developed. (3) A tire-road interactive road noise measuring vehicle is developed based on the principle of near-field measurement. (4) A temperature-humidity coupling transient snow melting model of the road snow melting system based on energy conversion is established, and a road snow melting system integrating solar energy and ground source heat pump is developed. (5) Water-retaining emulsion materials and solar heat reflective coatings are developed, thermal-resistant mineral materials are selected, and three designs for the material composition of low heat absorption pavement are put forward. Promotion and application prospect: Permeable asphalt pavement, vehicle exhaust decomposition pavement, low noise pavement, low heat absorption pavement and ice melting pavement are the important green and environment-friendly pavement forms in sponge city construction, with significant economic, social and environmental benefits. They have produced a positive impact and played an exemplary role in building a resource-saving society and an environment-friendly society.
