技术简要说明本成果为一种无铬、无磷、无硅的环保型钝化剂,由直链疏水脂肪酸、直链脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐、可溶性铈盐和2‑吗啉乙磺酸类化合物等物质按一定比例直接混合制备,或将过量直链疏水性脂肪酸依次经酯化、磺化、中和以及漂白,形成脂肪酸或脂肪酸盐与脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐的混合物,再添加可溶性铈盐和2‑吗啉乙磺酸类化合物制备得到。 • 基于金属锰链式腐蚀阻断与表面同晶取代机制,高效阻断元素锰链式腐蚀反应的发生,大大改进了电解锰钝化技术,有效解决了电解锰过程中铬盐钝化污染严重的行业突出问题,可有效规避危废产生、储运等环保风险。 • 目前,该钝化剂已在部分电解锰企业工业应用,钝化后电解锰产品的外观色泽及理化指标均符合行业产品质量标准,且关键指标明显高于质量标准,具有性能好、绿色环保、使用便利等优点,经济、环境效益十分显著。该钝化剂创新性突出,应用前景广阔,达到了国际领先水平。我国锰矿石产量、锰合金和电解锰产量,均位居世界第一。2017年全国电解锰产能达211万吨,实际电解锰产量约为155.68万吨,占比超过全世界的97%,因此该钝化剂有极大的应用市场。

Technical Brief DescriptionThis achievement is a chromium-free, phosphorus-free, silicon-free and eco-friendly passivator, which is made by mixing linear hydrophobic fatty acid, linear fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate, soluble cerium salt, 2-morpholine ethanesulfonic acid compounds and other substances in a certain proportion, or by esterifying, sulfonating, neutralizing and bleaching excess linear hydrophobic fatty acids form a mixture of fatty acids or fatty acid salts and fatty acid methyl ester sulfonates and then adding soluble cerium salt and 2-morpholine ethanesulfonic acid compounds. • Based on the mechanism of chain corrosion blocking and surface isomorphous substitution of manganese, the passivator is effective blocking the chain corrosion reaction of elemental manganese, for which it significantly improves the passivation technology of electrolytic manganese, effectively solves the prominent industrial problems of serious chromate passivation pollution in the process of electrolytic manganese, and avoids the pollution risks from the generation, storage and transportation of hazardous wastes. • The passivator has been applied in some electrolytic manganese enterprises. The appearance, color and physical and chemical indexes of the passivated electrolytic manganese products are in line with the industrial product quality standards, and its key indexes are significantly higher than the quality standards. Therefore, it is a high-performance, eco-friendly and easy-to-use passivator, with significant economic and environmental benefits. China's output of manganese ore, manganese alloy and electrolytic manganese ranks first in the world. In 2017, China's electrolytic manganese production capacity reached 2.11 million tons, and our actual electrolytic manganese production was about 1.5568 million tons, accounting for more than 97% of the world production. Therefore, this innovative passivator boasts a broad application prospect.
