技术简要说明本成果为一种分离提纯高砷烟尘中砷和铅的技术方法。利用烟尘中其他金属与砷存在形态的理化性质差异,配入一定还原剂和促进剂,置于惰性或还原气氛中,在一定温度下负压还原焙烧,分离出高砷烟尘中的砷,并将其他金属富集于灰渣中,资源化回收利用;含砷烟气再经燃烧炉煅烧得到纯度更高的三氧化二砷,经多段式收尘工艺回收含砷产品。 • 研发的“还原焙烧-二次氧化-收尘”三段脱砷工艺,其脱砷的选择性、稳定性良好,砷脱除效率高达96.0%以上,提纯得到的砷化物纯度达到99.0%以上,并且可富集含铅原料。 • 本技术综合解决高砷烟尘中砷的环保问题,实现了含砷烟尘的资源化、减量化和无害化,同时使其他高含量金属灰渣副产物得到富集,在一定程度上解决了现有工艺难分离、回收率低等技术问题。

Technical Brief DescriptionThis achievement refers to a technical method for separating and purifying arsenic and lead in high-arsenic soot. In view of the difference of physicochemical properties between other metals and the arsenic in soot, we add a certain reducing agent and promoter, put the soot in an inert or reducing atmosphere, reduce and roast the soot under negative pressure at a certain temperature, thereby separating arsenic from the high-arsenic soot, and enriching other metals in the soot for recycling. Arsenic-containing soot is calcined in a combustion furnace to obtain arsenic trioxide with higher purity, and arsenic-containing products are recovered through a multi-stage soot collection process. • The three-stage arsenic removal process of "reducing and roasting - secondary oxidation - soot collection" we have developed is good at ensuring the arsenic removal selectivity and stability. The arsenic removal efficiency is over 96.0%, and the purity of the purified arsenide is over 99.0%. The process can also enrich lead-containing raw materials. • This technology solves the problem of arsenic pollution in high-arsenic soot in an all-round way, realizes the recycling, reduction and harmlessness of arsenic-containing soot, enriches other metal-containing by-products, and solves the technical problems of difficult separation and low recovery rate in the existing process to a certain extent.
