技术简要说明本成果为一种防污涂料制备技术。首次提出将臭葱石粉料作为船舶涂料的功能添加剂,采用环氧树脂和聚酰胺作为粘接剂,乙醇为溶剂制备的含有臭葱石涂料浆体,利用臭葱石独特的生物活性实现对藻类孢子、细菌和硅藻等微生物和藤壶、苔藓和贻贝等大型污损生物在钢板上的长期吸附及生长抑制或驱除功能,减少淡水和海洋生物对船体的附着。本技术成果同时涉及臭葱石的制备,制备出的臭葱石在淡水或海水中没有毒性,其毒性浸出值为0.36 mg/L,远低于国家毒性浸出标准5mg/L。 • 将载有船舶生物活性防污涂料的钢板样本分别在淡水和海水中进行挂板试验,检测基于臭葱石生物活性的船舶涂料对水体生物的防污效果。淡水挂板试验是将涂料钢板和对照钢板悬挂放在具有田螺等水体生物的江河内进行长达18个月的试验。海水挂板试验是按照国标GB5370-85选取试验板,在广东省某沿海海域较深的海水中进行18个月的试验,并根据此国标的要求观察和记录的钢板防污效果,试验结果表明具有船舶生物活性防污涂料对淡水和海洋生物具有驱除作用,钢板的防污效果明显。 • 该涂料对钢板粘接性能优异,制备工艺简单,涂料性能稳定,成本较低且对环境友好。该涂料可以替代氧化亚铜防污剂成为新的船舶防污涂料,可以有效解决氧化亚铜给海洋环境带来不利影响。此外无毒臭葱石的制备技术提供了砷的有效开路,并凸显砷的可利用价值。

Technical Brief DescriptionThis achievement is the preparation technology of a bioactive antifouling coating for ships. We are the first to use scorodite powder as a functional additive for ship coatings. We use epoxy resin and polyamide as adhesives, take ethanol as solvent to prepare a coating paste containing scorodite, which takes advantage of the unique biological activity of scorodite to inhibit growth and remove microorganisms such as algal spores, bacteria and diatoms as well as large fouling organisms such as barnacles, mosses and mussels that have attached to the hull and steel plate for a long time. This achievement also involves the preparation of scorodite. The scorodite we prepare is non-toxic in fresh water or sea water, and its toxic leaching value is only 0.36 mg/L, far lower than the national toxic leaching standard of 5 mg/L. • We performed plate hanging tests for the steel plate samples carrying the marine bioactive antifouling coatings in fresh water and sea water respectively, to investigate the antifouling effect of the marine coating based on the bioactivity of scorodite on aquatic organisms. For the fresh water plate hanging test, the coated steel plate and the control steel plate were hung and placed in rivers with water organisms such as snail for 18 months. The sea water plate hanging test was conducted in deeper sea water of a coastal area in Guangdong Province for 18 months by selecting test plates according to the national standard GB5370-85, and then we observed and recorded the antifouling effect of steel plates according to the requirements of this national standard. The test results indicate that the maritime bioactive antifouling coating can remove fresh water and sea water organisms, and the antifouling effect of the steel plates is significant. • The coating is highly adhesive to steel plate, simple in preparation process, stable in coating performance, low-cost and environment-friendly, for which it can replace cuprous oxide antifouling agent as a new antifouling coating for ships, and effectively solve the adverse impact of cuprous oxide on the marine environment. In addition, the preparation technology of non-toxic scorodite highlights the application value of arsenic.
