技术简要说明针对化工企业的实际情况,开发了一套针对难降解有机工业废水的耦合处理技术。首先利用新型高效、廉价、适应强的复合型高效混凝剂工业废水进行预处理,降低水中的难降解污染物质,同时针对工业废水的特性,投加保障工业废水生化处理系统正常运行的生物营养素,以期缩短活性污泥驯化周期,使工业废水处理快速启动,防止因工业废水水质水量变化或突发性事故而导致生物处理系统非正常运行时使系统快速恢复。对于更难降解的工业废水,如兰炭工业废水,硝基苯废水等,可以利用高级还原技术和混凝剂处理相结合的方式,使工业废水的可生化性能显著提高,使得后续生化处理得以顺利进行,以达到达标处理的目的。

Technical Brief DescriptionAccording to the realities of chemical enterprises, a coupling treatment technology for refractory organic industrial wastewater has been developed. First, the industrial wastewater is pretreated with a new type of high-efficiency, low-cost and highly adaptable composite coagulant to reduce the refractory pollutants in the water. In view of the characteristics of industrial wastewater, biological nutrients required to ensure the normal operation of the biochemical treatment system of industrial wastewater are added, so as to shorten the acclimation cycle of active sludge, thereby ensuring the rapid start-up of industrial wastewater treatment, preventing abnormal operation of the biological treatment system due to changes in the quality and quantity of industrial wastewater or sudden accidents, and making the system recover quickly. For industrial wastewater that is more difficult to degrade, such as semi-coke industrial wastewater and nitrobenzene wastewater, the combination of advanced reduction technology and coagulant treatment can be adopted to significantly improve the biodegradability of industrial wastewater, so as to facilitate the subsequent biochemical treatment and achieve the goal of carrying out standard treatment.
