技术简要说明本项目针对富含功能成分的甘蔗叶和滤泥,以活性为导向,开发甘蔗副产物生物酶解制备技术,建立抗炎抑菌、降糖及清除自由基成分的多重循环利用技术体系,全二维化学成分表征及产品质量控制等关键技术,开发高附加值产品。建立甘蔗叶与滤泥的生物降解处理、特定功能成分萃取、原料活性成分辨识表征及指纹图谱质控等关键技术,利用理化及生物技术提高甘蔗副产品资源化利用水平。建立2项关键核心技术,实现医用抑菌制剂等高值产品绿色制造技术突破,形成甘蔗叶抗菌消字号、功能食品等产品质控或生产标准3项,申请国家发明专利3项。与广西大海阳光药业有限公司、益元堂糖业发展有限公司共同实施,广泛联合广西龙头企业作为产业化示范及技术推广外协单位,完成3种高附加值产品,形成2-3条绿色生产技术应用示范线,在抗菌制剂、新型功能食品及化学品制造领域形成示范效应,新增产值1200万元,将带动百亿甘蔗产业链发展。

Technical Brief DescriptionTargeting at sugarcane leaf and filter sludge rich in functional components, guided by activity, we develop in the project the biological enzymatic hydrolysis preparation technology of sugarcane by-products, key technologies such as full two-dimensional chemical composition characterization and products with high added value, and establish a multi-recycling technology system of anti-inflammatory, bacteriostatic, hypoglycemic and free radical scavenging components. We develop key technologies such as the biodegradation treatment of sugarcane leaf and filter sludge, the extraction of specific functional components, the identification and characterization of active components of raw materials and fingerprint quality control, and improved the resource utilization of sugarcane by-products by using physical, chemical and biological technologies. We have developed 2 core technologies, achieved breakthroughs in green manufacturing technology of high-value products such as medical bacteriostatic agents, formed 3 quality control or production standards for products of Disinfection Product Number and functional foods made of sugarcane leaf, and applied for 3 national invention patents. We have implemented the project jointly with Guangxi Dahai Sunshine Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Yiyuantang Sugar Development Co., Ltd., taken the leading enterprises in Guangxi as the units for industrialized demonstration and technology promotion, manufactured 3 types of products with high added value, formed 2-3 demonstration lines for the application of green production technology and a demonstration influence in the fields of antibacterial agent, new functional food and chemical manufacturing, with an additional output value of RMB 12 million. The sugarcane industry chain worth RMB 10 billion will be driven by the project.
