技术简要说明工程机械对能源和资源的高消耗性以及随之而来的排放污染问题严重威胁了国民经济的可持续发展。本成果以混合动力工程机械动力系统匹配关系优化、多参数联合调优为理论基础,结合负载工况实时动态预测与跟踪,实现了不同负载下工程机械动力系统全局功率自适应的优化调节。利用数据挖掘、统计分析方法以及智能优化算法对工程机械负载分布规律和特征加以提取,建立负载分布数据库。通过秘籍试验点和动静载耦合试验获得动力总成各部件的试验数据,通过多维曲面拟合映射投影建立实用化的发动机燃油消耗率模型以及电动机和液力变矩器效率模型。综合考虑发动机、电动机和变矩器效率,保证整机的经济性最优,并使输出控制目标随负载工况的变化而实时自适应变化,对发动机、电动机和液力变矩器工作参数进行联合调节。优化了工程机械的行驶性能和作业性能,即经济性、排放性、动力性,大幅降低了其燃油消耗,为国家节能减排作出积极贡献。本成果为工程机械领域和重型车辆领域的动力系统能源优化提供了理论指导,具有较广泛的实践与应用意义。

Technical Brief DescriptionThe huge energy and resource consumption by construction machinery and the consequent emissions have caused serious threatens to the sustainable development of the national economy. Based on the optimization of the matching relation and the multi-parameter joint adjustment of the power system of hybrid construction machinery, and the real-time dynamic prediction and tracking of load conditions, this achievement realizes global power adaptive optimization and regulation for the power system of construction machinery under different loads. A load distribution database is established by extracting the load distribution rules and characteristics of construction machinery with data mining, statistical analysis and intelligent optimization algorithm. The test data of each component of the powertrain is obtained via the secret test points and the dynamic and static load coupling test. The practical fuel consumption model of engine and the efficiency model of electric motor and hydraulic torque converter are established through multi-dimensional surface fitting and mapping projection. The efficiency of engine, motor and torque converter is taken into account to ensure minimum cost for the whole machine, the output control target is made adaptively changed in real time with the change of load conditions, and the working parameters of engine, motor and torque converter are jointly adjusted. The driving performance and operating performance of construction machinery, i.e. cost, emission and power, are optimized, thereby greatly reducing its fuel consumption and making positive contributions to the national energy conservation and emission reduction undertakings. This achievement provides theoretical guidance for energy optimization of power system in the field of construction machinery and heavy vehicles, and can be widely applied.
