技术简要说明近年来,我国公路桥梁建设数量日益增加,交通设施逐步完善,但路桥养护压力逐年增大。特别是混凝土结构物的腐蚀破坏严重,由于通常发生在大型建筑的关键结构部位,维修难,成本高。涂层保护是缓解桥梁混凝土结构破坏的一种有效措施,但传统的含大量溶剂的有机涂层已不能满足低碳环保经济的发展。因此,本项目针对西北地区的盐冻腐蚀、沿海湿热环境下近海腐蚀这两个混凝土结构物的防腐难题,针对新建、既有不同情况下的混凝土结构物,以及工程建设低碳环保的发展趋势,开发了新型环保型涂层产品,在材料设计与涂装关键技术领域实现多项突破与更新。以环保性水性底面漆组合的运用,降低涂料和涂装过程对环境带来影响,以封闭底漆和耐候面漆的运用有效的解决常规水性涂料的耐久性问题,为桥梁等混凝土的防护提供保证,降低材料成本,提高涂层防护性能,减少对环境的污染,延长使用寿命,同时取得巨大的经济和社会效益。本项目的研究成果具有广阔的市场需求前景和极高的推广应用价值。主要创新点:(1)针对混凝土结构物涂层的面漆和底漆的防腐蚀性能及环保需求,开发了环保型高性能水性树脂乳液:一种由相反转乳化法制备水性环氧树脂乳液,以及一种由乳液聚合法制备的水性氟碳乳液。(2)基于西北地区的盐冻腐蚀病害、海南地区近海的湿热环境,针对既有、新建桥梁混凝土的腐蚀现状,研发了由渗透封闭水性环氧底漆和高耐候水性氟碳面漆组成的长效环保型混凝土双层水性防腐涂层体系。(3)通过渗透封闭水性环氧底漆和高耐候水性氟碳面漆的双层设计、制备以及性能评价,结合示范工程,提出强腐蚀环境下的水性防护涂层体系评价指标,形成具有自主知识产权的长效环保桥梁混凝土防腐涂层关键技术。推广应用前景:传统的溶剂型涂层正在逐渐退出市场,以水性涂料为代表的环保型防腐涂料作为混凝土结构物防护涂层,成为发展主流方向,符合环保的要求,解决公路行业混凝土结构物耐腐蚀难题,推广应用前景广阔。

Technical Brief DescriptionIn recent years, with the increasing construction of highway and bridges in China and the improvement of traffic facilities, the pressure for maintenance has become higher and higher. Concrete structure was damaged seriously due to corrosion, especially for the key structure of large buildings, which is hard to maintain and high in cost. Generally, protective coating is an effective method to reduce the damage to concrete structure of bridges, but the traditional organic coating containing a large amount of solvents cannot meet the requirement for low carbon, environmental protection and economy. Therefore, in response to the hard corrosion prevention of salt freezing corrosion in northwest area and offshore corrosion in coastal humid and hot environment and considering the development trend of low carbon and environmental protection in engineering construction, a new kind of environment-friendly coating was developed and has realized many breakthroughs and updates in key technical field of material design and coating. The application of environment-friendly water-based primer and finish can reduce the influence of coating and painting process on environment, while the use of sealing primer and weather-resistant finish can effectively solve the durability of conventional water-based coating, protect the concrete structure of bridge and other buildings, reduce the material cost and environmental pollution, improve the protection property of coating, prolong the service life and has achieved huge economic and social benefits. Thus, the research achievement of project has a broad market prospect and high promotion/application value. Main innovative points: (1) A new kind of environment-friendly high-performance water-based resin emulsion was developed to meet the requirement for corrosion prevention and environmental protection of primer and finish of concrete structure coating: A kind of water-based epoxy resin emulsion prepared through phase inversion emulsification and water-based fluorocarbon emulsion prepared through emulsion polymerization. (2) In response to the salt freezing corrosion in northwest area and the offshore humid and hot environment of Hainan Province as well as the corrosion situation of new bridge concrete, a long-term environment-friendly double-layer water-based anti-corrosion coating system for concrete was developed, and it is composed of penetration sealing water-based epoxy primer and high weather-durability water-based fluorocarbon finish. (3) Evaluation indexes for water-based protective coating system of strong-corrosion environment were proposed based on the double-layer design of penetration sealing water-based epoxy primer and high weather-durability water-based fluorocarbon finish as well as the demonstration project, thereby forming the technology of long-term environment-friendly bridge concrete anticorrosive coating with independent intellectual property rights. Promotion and application prospect: While the traditional solvent coating is withdrawing from the market gradually, environment-friendly anticorrosive coating represented by water-based coating and used as protective coating of concrete structure has become the main direction of development, it meets the requirement of environmental protection, solves the hard corrosion prevention of concrete structure in highway industry and has a broad promotion and application prospect.
