技术简要说明该项目针对传统热铺沥青路面施工中能耗高、燃料用量大、环境污染较大的实际情况,遵循国家绿色交通发展理念和节能减排目标要求,对沥青路面施工过程中的生产拌和、运输、摊铺和压实等环节的节能减排技术进行了研究。项目研究成果总体达到国际先进水平,获得了国家发明专利一项,解决了沥青罐动态加热问题、集料烘干筒燃烧效率问题、研发了沥青混合料施工机械多频率振动监测系统、提出了热铺沥青路面的节能摊铺和压实技术。项目的研究成果推广于陕西省咸旬高速公路和黄延高速公路扩能工程,在工程中既保证了路面施工质量,又降低了燃料消耗,减少了温室气体排放,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。主要创新点:(1)提出了沥青罐动态加热模型,可根据罐内沥青加热时间、使用时间及加热时间富余系数确定了各沥青罐的加热时序和节点。(2)提出了通过红外成像技术测试搅拌站各部位外表温度,并根据允许散热量对设备及管道进行保温设计的方法。(3)提出了采用烟气分析方法确定出燃烧器最佳过量空气系数,使燃烧器以最高效率运行并减少温室气体排放。(4)研发了基于PC/104嵌入式系统的沥青混合料施工机械多频率振动监测系统,其硬件系列标准、模块功能齐全、功耗低驱动电流小、可运行软件丰富,适合在施工现场对摊铺机进行测试。该系统信号的处理分析准确,并能有效地读取数据。推广应用前景:项目研究内容涵盖了热铺沥青路面施工的材料、机械设备和生产与施工工艺,研究主要内容包括:基于压实特性的沥青混合料组成设计研究、热拌沥青混合料节能拌合技术研究、集料特性对热拌沥青混合料节能减排的影响研究、热拌沥青混合料节能摊铺和压实施工技术研究、沥青混合料施工机械多频率振动监测系统的开发研究、热拌沥青混合料生产和施工设备合理匹配技术研究。项目通过试验研究与工程实践,提出了具有创新性的热铺沥青路面节能减排关键技术,并在两个高等级公路沥青路面工程中得到了检验和推广应用,经济和社会效益显著,非常适合在沥青路面机械化施工过程中应用推广。

Technical Brief DescriptionIn order to solve the problems of traditional hot laid asphalt pavement such as high energy and fuel consumption and serious environmental pollution as well as adhere to the national green transportation development concept, energy conservation and emission reduction objectives, a research on energy conservation and emission reduction technology during production, mixing, transportation, paving and compaction of asphalt pavement was carried out. So far, the research achievement has reached the international advanced level, won a national invention patent and solves the problems of dynamic heating of asphalt tanks and combustion efficiency of aggregate drying cylinders. A multi-frequency vibration monitoring system for asphalt mixture construction machinery was developed, and an energy conservation paving and compacting technology for hot laid asphalt pavement was proposed. The research achievement of the project has been widely applied to the capacity expansion projects such as Xianfeng-Xunyi Expressway and Huangling-Yan’an Expressway in Shaanxi Province, not only ensuring the pavement construction quality, but also reducing the fuel consumption and greenhouse gas emission, and achieving significant economic and social benefits. Main innovative points: (1) A dynamic heating model of asphalt tank was proposed to determine the heating sequence and node according to the heating and using time of asphalt in tank and the margin coefficient of heating time. (2) A method of measuring the surface temperature of mixing plant with infrared imaging technology and designing the insulation of equipment and pipelines according to the allowable heat dissipation was proposed. (3) A flue gas analysis method was proposed to determine the best excess air coefficient of burner, realize the best operation efficiency and reduce the greenhouse gas emission. (4) A multi-frequency vibration monitoring system for asphalt mixture construction machinery based on PC/104 embedded system was developed. The system has standard hardware, complete module functions, low energy consumption and drive current, rich operation software and can test the paver on construction site. Besides, the system can process and analyze signals accurately and read data effectively. Promotion and application prospect: The research content of project covers materials, mechanical equipment, production and construction technology of hot laid asphalt pavement construction, mainly including: Research on composition design of asphalt mixture based on compaction characteristics, research on energy conservation mixing technology of hot mixed asphalt mixture, research on influence of aggregate characteristics on energy conservation and emission reduction of hot mixed asphalt mixture, research on energy conservation paving and compaction construction technology of hot mixed asphalt mixture, development and research on multi frequency vibration monitoring system of asphalt mixture construction machinery, and research on reasonable matching technology of hot mixed asphalt mixture production and construction equipment. After conducting test research and engineering practice, an innovative key technology of energy conservation and emission reduction for hot laid asphalt pavement was proposed, verified and applied to the asphalt pavement of two high-grade highways with significant economic and social benefits, and finally proved to be suitable for mechanical construction of asphalt pavement.
