技术简要说明本课题从深圳北环大道旧水泥混凝土路面实际现状出发,采用AMP-LM二阶反应型材料加铺玻纤格栅和SBS改性沥青同步碎石应力吸收层处理旧水泥混凝土路面铣刨后板缝扩张及水泥路面加铺沥青混合料面层反射裂缝,创建了一整套在旧水泥混凝土路面沥青混合料罩面工程中经济型高性能抗裂粘结层的系统工程技术,该成果成功地应用于深圳市北环大道路面修缮工程中,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。主要创新点:提出基于最大界面强度的SBS改性沥青同步碎石应力吸收层材料设计方法和同步碎石粘结剂的技术标准;提出在铣刨的旧水泥混凝土路面上采用SBS改性沥青同步碎石应力吸收层作为加铺沥青面层的层间粘结处治方法和技术;提出采用AMP-LM二阶反应型材料加铺玻纤格栅和SBS改性沥青同步碎石应力吸收层相结合的旧水泥混凝土路面反射裂缝防治技术。推广应用前景:该技术可广泛应用于旧水泥路面加铺沥青路面工程,消除反射裂缝,提高新旧路面的层间粘结。

Technical Brief DescriptionBased on the actual status of old cement concrete pavement of Shenzhen Beihuan Avenue, the AMP-LM second-order reactive material with glass fiber grid and SBS modified asphalt in combination with the gravel stress absorption layer was adopted in this study to deal with the expansion of slab joints after milling of old cement concrete pavement and reflection cracks of cement pavement with asphalt mixture top layer, creating a set of system engineering technology of economic high-performance anti-cracking binding layer in asphalt mixture overlay project of old cement concrete pavement, which has been successfully applied in the pavement repair project of Shenzhen Beihuan Avenue and achieved good economic and social benefits. Main innovative points: A design method for SBS modified asphalt synchronous gravel stress absorption layer based on maximum interface strength and a technical standard for synchronous gravel adhesive were proposed; A method and technology of using SBS modified asphalt synchronous gravel stress absorption layer as the interlayer bonding method of paving asphalt overlay on milled old cement concrete pavement were proposed; A reflection crack prevention technology of old cement concrete pavement combining AMP-LM second-order reactive material overlay glass fiber grid with SBS modified asphalt synchronous gravel stress absorption layer was proposed. Promotion and application prospect: The technology can be widely applied to old cement pavement paved with asphalt pavement, eliminate reflection cracks and improve the interlaying bonding between new and old pavement.
