技术简要说明发展沥青路面绿色建养技术是落实绿色公路建设理念、转变公路发展方式、推动公路建设绿色健康发展的重要举措,传统沥青路面建养技术缺乏环境功效的开发与评价,本项目基于当前国家发展战略和绿色交通发展需求,提出以绿色沥青混凝土技术和绿色预防性养护技术为主体的沥青路面绿色建养技术体系,自主研发了具备热拌减排、降低路面温度、净化空气和阻燃抑烟等功效的绿色多功能沥青混凝土技术以及具有降低沥青路面温度和净化空气功效的绿色预防性养护技术,形成具有自主知识产权的成套关键技术体系,有力推动绿色公路的发展和绿色交通运输体系战略目标的实现。核心技术已实现产业化成果转化,在河北、陕西、天津等地进行了成功应用。主要创新点:①自主研发了具备热拌减排、降低路面温度、净化空气和阻燃抑烟等多重环境功效的道路绿色多功能改性沥青混凝土技术,突破了传统技术功能单一的难题,功能效果显著,路用性能改善明显;②自主研发了具备路面降温功效和净化空气功效的涂层、预防性养护封层及含砂雾封层等预防性养护技术,全面实现了预防性养护技术的绿色环境功效,推动了沥青路面全过程绿色养护技术的实施;③自主研发了多种沥青材料环境类测试装置,创建了沥青路面绿色建养技术成套测试方法,实现了沥青路面绿色建养技术多重环境功效定量测试评价;④原创性地提出了预防性养护技术降温效果、涂层高温稳定性及耐久性评价方法和无机微粉改性沥青离析定量试验方法,完善了沥青路面绿色建养技术性能评价体系;⑤基于电荷迁移原理,采用材料分析手段,深入揭示了绿色多功能改性沥青混凝土及绿色预防性养护材料的微观结构和作用机理,科学阐释了所研发材料的环境功效;⑥开发了沥青路面绿色建养技术优化决策系统,创建了沥青路面绿色建养技术施工工艺与质量控制方法,为沥青路面绿色建养技术的推广应用奠定了坚实基础。推广应用前景:本项目全部研究成果均具有自主知识产权,在河北、陕西、天津等地进行了成功应用,取得了显著的经济、社会和环境效益,具有较强的市场竞争力,符合公路建设绿色发展理念,对于推动绿色交通运输体系战略目标的实现具有重要的意义,应用前景广阔。

Technical Brief DescriptionThe development of green construction and maintenance technology of asphalt pavement is a major measure to implement the concept of green road construction, transform the road development mode and promote the green and healthy development of road construction. Traditional construction and maintenance technology of asphalt pavement lacks the development and evaluation of environmental efficacy. Based on the current national development strategies and demands of green transportation development, a green construction and maintenance technology system of asphalt pavement with green asphalt concrete technology and green preventive maintenance technology as the main body was proposed in this project. The green multi-functional asphalt concrete technology with the functions of hot mix emission reduction, pavement temperature reduction, air purification, flame-retardant and smoke-suppression, and green preventive maintenance technology with the effect of reduced asphalt pavement temperature and air purification were independently developed. A complete set of key technology systems with independent intellectual property rights was developed to promote the development of green roads and the realization of strategic goal of a green transportation system. The core technology has been put into industrialization application and has been successfully applied in Hebei, Shaanxi and Tianjin. Main innovative points: ① The green multi-functional modified asphalt concrete technology with multiple environmental effects of road including hot mix emission reduction, pavement temperature reduction, air purification, and flame-retardant and smoke-suppression was independently developed, a breakthrough in single function of traditional technology, with remarkable functional effects and obvious improvement in road performance. ② The preventive maintenance techniques such as coating with the effect of pavement temperature reduction and air purification, preventive maintenance seal and fog seal with sand have been independently developed to realize the green effect of preventive maintenance technology and promote the implementation of green maintenance technology for the whole process of asphalt pavement. ③ A variety of asphalt material environmental testing devices were independently developed, and a complete set of testing methods for asphalt pavement green construction and maintenance technology was created, realizing its quantitative testing and evaluation of multiple environmental efficacies. ④ An evaluation method for preventive maintenance technology cooling effect, stability and durability of high-temperature coating, and an inorganic powder modified asphalt segregation quantitative test method were originally proposed to improve the performance evaluation system of asphalt pavement green construction and maintenance technology. ⑤ Based on the principle of charge migration, the microstructure and action mechanism of green multi-functional modified asphalt concrete and green preventive maintenance materials were deeply analyzed by means of material analysis, and the environmental efficacy of developed materials was explained scientifically. ⑥ The asphalt pavement green construction and maintenance technology optimization decision system was developed, and the construction process and quality control method of asphalt pavement green construction and maintenance technology were created, which laid a solid foundation for its promotion and application. Promotion and application prospect: All the research results of this project have acquired independent intellectual property rights and have been successfully applied in Hebei, Shaanxi, Tianjin, etc. They have achieved significant economic, social and environmental benefits with strong market competitiveness, in line with the concept of green development of highway construction, and are of great significance to promoting the realization of strategic goal of green transportation system, with broad application prospects.
