Technical principle and process routeBased on the study of the nutritional needs of brood stock, juvenile fish and juvenile fish, this technology scientifically matches various feed raw materials. After nearly four years of experiments, the formula composition and fine proportion are optimized and adjusted, which well solves the nutritional strengthening and health of parent fish and the growth, body color and hepatointestinal health of juvenile fish. A special feed non expansion production process and equipment were developed.

设备投资应用该技术进行新建工程,设施设备投资60万元,种鱼投资10万元,共计70万元。 应用该技术新建一个100对种鱼的养殖车间,新建工程所必须的主要设备及其他附属设别一次投入的投资金额为60万元,包括亲鱼立体循环水养殖系统6套120个鱼缸,受精卵孵化及仔稚鱼培养系统9套72个孵化缸,小规格幼鱼养殖系统8套,大规格幼鱼养殖系统8套,成鱼养殖系统3套,源水处理系统1套。鱼缸及不锈钢架子设计寿命10年,设备使用寿命5年。 种鱼100对*1000元=10万元。

年运行维护费用年运行总费用为26.5万元。 系统正常运行时每年的饲料原料费用5万元,水电等燃料动力费4.5万,以及耗费的人工费(工资)12万、设备折旧费、修理费、管理费等维护费用5万。

投资回收期新建长规模为100对种鱼的养殖车间,按50%正常产卵孵化量,50对*2次*9月*200条*10元=180万元,初步估算毛收入为180万元。 新建车间设备投入60万,种鱼投入10万,每年运转费用26.5万元,种鱼正常产卵需要两年,第三年出现效益。前三年投入为60+10+26.5*3=149.5万元,第三年收入180万元,可以收回投资并盈利180-149.5=31.5万元。三年实现盈利。

综合效益循环水养殖每天水体补充量不超过总养殖水体的15%,较流水养殖节约用水80%以上,几乎不用加药,污水排放量极低,结合藻类养殖后可做的零污水排放。 双锯鱼属鱼类的繁育可完全取代该属鱼类的大量野生采捕,增加鱼类养殖的经济效益,并且该类鱼养殖周期短,一般为3个月,可大大降低养殖资金的投入产出比。 营养和饵料研究,可保证亲鱼、幼鱼营养充足无代谢负担及肝肠道健康,增加幼鱼体色艳丽程度,提高幼鱼的观赏价值。
