Technical principles and process routeThe process of "SNCR in-furnace denitration + semi-dry process deacidification + dry lime injection + activated carbon adsorption + bag-type dust remover" is adopted for the technology. Ca(OH)2 is used as the flue gas purification absorbent to remove acid substances in the flue gas; activated carbon is used as the flue gas purification adsorbent to remove dioxin and heavy metals and other harmful substances; the reducing agent containing NHx is at 800-1000°C in the incinerator to decompose NOx in flue gas into N2.Bag-type dust remover shall be used to remove dust in flue gas, with dust removal efficiency not less than 99.9%.In order to meet the environmental protection requirements, it is superior to the emission standard of EU 2000.

设备投资工程规模:每天能处理固体垃圾850吨,装机容量为20MW,设计烟气量192360Nm3/h,脱酸Ca(OH)2,SNCR采用20%浓度氨水。采用机械炉排炉,锅炉排烟温度按190℃设计。 使用寿命:烟气净化系统的成套使用寿命大于30年。设备的年运行小时要求不小于8000小时,脱酸设备的年投入率要求不低于97 %。布袋的保用年限要求不低于5年(从第一次进入热烟气到10%布袋破损)。主要设备及投入金额:2256万元

投资回收期以日处理500吨生活垃圾项目为例,一台汽轮发电机总发电功率为9000kw,自用电为2000kw,外供7000kw,全年运行7000小时,共外供7000x7000=4.9X107kw.h,每度电售价按0.6元考虑,则年售电收入2940万元,如果炉产生蒸汽不仅发电,而且进行供热,效益会更好。回收的废金属可外售,焚烧后的灰渣可作建筑原料,也可有少量收入。此外,工程建成后,每年减少垃圾填埋量约26万吨,每吨填埋费按25元计,每年可节省填埋费650万元,同时可减少用于填埋的占地约30亩,又可节省一笔土地征用费,并节约土地资源。 项目效益计算期按10年(含建设期2年),预计投产后的生产负荷即达到1

综合效益海安天楹环保能源有限公司位于江苏省海安市。烟气处理系统指余热锅炉省煤器出口到引风机入口,为满足烟气处理需要所设置的所有设备及设施。本工程采用“SNCR炉内脱硝+半干法脱酸+干石灰喷射+活性炭吸附+布袋除尘器”工艺。全厂设置三条焚烧线,配置三套烟气处理系统。钢构件保证寿命30年,项目于2012年投产运行。本工程能够达到EU2000/76/EC排放标准。 该项目每条线焚烧处理250吨生活垃圾。反应塔入口烟气流量47000 m3/h,入口烟气温度190C ;HCl去除率≥95%,SO2去除率≥90%以上;反应器内烟气停留反应时间20s;反应器内烟气压降<500 Pa;耗水量1.1m3/h。 每小时消耗石灰粉量125 kg/h;每小时消耗活性炭0.5 kg/h; 布袋除尘器过滤面积2100㎡,采用100%PTFE+PTFE覆膜覆膜布袋,除尘效率为≥99.9%。 NOx的脱出效率≥80%。

技术成熟度目前生活垃圾焚烧烟气脱酸控制方法主要有湿法、半干法、干法三种 1)湿式脱酸塔 最大优点:酸性气体去除效率高,HCl去除率98%,SO2去除率90%以上 缺点:造价高,用电量和用水量较高;需加装废气再热器防止白烟现象,废水需妥善处理 2)干式脱酸法:用压缩空气将石灰粉喷入烟管混合器中 优点:设备简单,维修容易,造价便宜,管路不易堵塞 缺点:固体和气体接触反应效果不佳,需加4倍左右的消石灰;反应后的废气物较多 3)半干式脱酸塔:利用高效雾化器将消石灰浆液从塔顶向下喷入塔中。石灰浆和尾气同向或逆向接触,发生中和反应。 优点:雾化效果好(浆滴30-50μm) 气、液接触面大,即可中和酸性气体,又能降温 雾半干法脱酸法结合干法和湿法的优点,构造简单,投资低,压差小,能源消耗少,液体使用量远比湿法低;较干法的去除率高,也免除湿法产生废水的问题;操作温度高于气体饱和温度,尾气不产生雾状水蒸汽团。 雾化液滴可以在塔内完全蒸发,不产生废水。 所以,目前的市场普遍使用半干法+干法+活性炭吸附+布袋除尘的工艺。

Technical stability analysisThe rotary atomization reaction tower for waste incineration flue gas purification is specially designed for the tail gas generated from urban waste combustion. The system has the following stability: the rotary atomization reaction tower is equipped with a unique air distribution and diversion device to guide the flue gas to scroll and fully mix with the lime slurry atomized by the atomization head for neutralization reaction, and ensure that the removal rate of HCl is ≥95% and the removal rate of SO2 is ≥90%. Dry slaked lime conveying and activated carbon conveying adopt weighing and weight loss weighing technology, which can control instantaneous and cumulative flow of materials in real time. 100% PTFE + PTFE coated bag is adopted for bag-type dust collector, and the dust removal efficiency is ≥99.9%.
