附加效益目前本产品各项目总处理规模超过1000吨/日,每处理一顿有机垃圾平均节省 120度,柴油0.78L。 1、节能量计算 据查阅柴油能源折算系数为1.44吨标准煤/吨柴油,电力折标系数(等价值)4.04吨/万千瓦时,柴油密度0.86 kg/L。 因此本产品处理每吨有机垃圾节能120×1.44+(0.78×0.86/1000)×4.04=0.05吨标准煤。 年节能量(以1000吨/日计):0.05×1000×365=18250吨标准煤/年。 2、减排量计算 据查阅柴油的碳排放系数为2.778 kgCO2/L,电力碳排放因子为0.8825 kgCO2/kWh。 因此本产品处理每吨有机垃圾减排量(120×0.8825+0.78×2.778)/1000=0.11吨二氧化碳。 年减排量(以1000吨/日计)0.11×1000×365=40150吨二氧化碳/年。

综合效益(1)有机垃圾好氧发酵处理所产生废水经处理后满足《污水排入城市下水道水质标准》(GB/T 31962-2015)标准中的A级标准; (2)有机垃圾好氧发酵处理所产生废气经处理后符合《大气污染物综合排放标准》(HJ533-2009)、《恶臭污染物排放标准》(GB14554)恶臭污染物排放标准值; (3)有机垃圾好氧发酵处理噪声达到《工业企业厂界环境噪声排放标准》(GB12348-2008)标准要求,设备正常运行时,厂区噪音≤75dB(A); (4)有机垃圾源头减量化率90%以上; (5)有机垃圾好氧发酵肥料达到农业部《有机肥料》NY525-2012标准。

技术成熟度有机垃圾强化快速好氧发酵技术装备使用好氧堆肥技术处理有机垃圾,无害化程度较高,减量化效果较为明显,可以最大限度地实现生活垃圾处理的资源化。而已有的好氧堆肥技术存在占地面积达、人员多、产品单一、微生物菌剂多组分适应性差、辅料添加量大等问题,本装备在此基础上有针对性地研究了连续超细破碎、多级深度脱水、液体循环脱盐技术,并开发一体化的集成预处理设备,通过降低物料粒度,提高均质性,降低含水率等手段,提高物料传质传热效率,减少发酵周期,降低能耗;同时开发了分仓式推流反应器与系列复合微生物菌剂,进一步提高反应效率,简化工艺流程,降低运行成本。目前开发系列化、成套化、规模化设备20余项,已应用于我国24个省(直辖市)、100余个县市,服务人口总数1000万,总处理规模超过1000吨/日,有效削减污染负荷,减轻有机垃圾排放所带来的生态环境污染。

Single set of equipment or multiple sets of equipment can be used for organic waste treatment, and the treatment scale of the project is 0.5 ~ 100t/d.
