Technical principle and process routeBy recycling and sorting small household appliance wastes mechanically based on the physical property differences of all components, Genox can facilitate handling, prevent secondary pollution and realize large-scale treatment easily at a low cost. Treatment of waste household appliances: Disassemble, crush and sort waste household appliances, which are then smelt, buried and burnt to acquire the recycled raw materials such as metal, plastic and glass. Therefore, the valuable materials in e-waste can be collected completely through mechanical treatment, to reduce the difficulty of subsequent treatment and improve recovery efficiency.

综合效益隽诺环保废旧小家电回收分选技术最大的优势就是可以在当地进行资源化处理,实现高值化利用,得到各类高附加值塑料颗粒等再生原材料,解决困扰当地的家电垃圾处理的难题,保护环境。它结合现有处理技术,一般该处理技术的产能不低于4吨/小时,经过破碎、分选、漂洗、静电分选等一系列的程序,电子杂料最终提纯的物料为全部ABS、环保PS、非环保PS、沉水PP,浮水PP与PA,产品耗水量≤0.10m³/吨,产品回收率可达80%以上。

技术成熟度隽诺环保发现作为资源的综合体,废旧小家电蕴藏着众多珍贵的资源,对于电子废物的再利用、循环利用是解决资源紧缺及环境污染等问题的重要途径。通过提高资源利用率,变废为宝,充分发挥包括电子废物在内的各类废物资源的作用。通过建立一个统一的综合应用平台,将截然不同的、基于各种不同系统、用不同方案建立的应用软件和系统有机地集成到一个无缝的、并列的、易于访问的单一系统中,并使它们在客户运用层面就像一个整体一样,进行业务处理和信息分析共享,极大降低客户使用难度,灵活根据客户需求改变生产模式,并进行科学化、经济化、绿色化的运用。不仅如此,整个系统所有机箱均使用对开式布局,方便日常保养维护;主轴分体式设计,可适应多种物料组合;多层刀具排列,结合了锤破与摩擦、挤压多种结构组合,可根据不同物料需求调整设备转速,降低了该项技术在工程运行过程中对环境、技术参数等干扰的敏感程度,可以更加灵活、多变的适用于各种情况。

Technical adaptability analysisScope of application: The waste house appliance refers to the waste and old plastic on the dismantled and preliminary treated electrical appliances (including TV, refrigerator, air conditioner, washing machine and computer). All materials are crushed in front section and rinsed in Degree 15 brine. The entire project is focused on full-process auto treatment of raw material sorting, cleaning, detection, processing and utilization. Proper treatment devices are arranged in all steps through system integration, to realize linkage of entire utilization system of waste household appliance and reach the optimal configuration.

Technical stability analysisBy handling the purified materials through the process of crushing, selection, rinsing and electrostatic separation, Genox’s recycling and separation technology of waste small household appliances can ensure recovery rate above 80% of all ABS, environmentally-friendly PS, non-environmentally friendly PS, sedimented PP, floating PP and PA. The entire project is focused on full-process automatic processing of raw material sorting, cleaning, detection, processing and utilization. Processing equipment is arranged properly in all steps through system integration, to connect the entire resource utilization system of waste electronic materials, realize the optimal combination of configuration, and ensure stable running of this technology in engineering.

Technical safety analysisThe entire process of collecting and sorting waste small household appliance is provided with centralized management and decentralized control through the distributed computer control system with advanced technology and reliable performance. The computer control system consists of field control station, operator station and data communication bus. The operator station is arranged in the tenderee’s central control room to realize monitoring and operation of production process through LCT and keys, including group startup/shutdown of motor, emergency stop, status display of electric equipment such as preparation, running and fault; display, setting, alarm, recording and auto control of production process parameters; all fault alarms and process parameters can be printed via a printer. Moreover, this technology is focused on all-process auto treatment of raw material sorting, cleaning, detection, processing and utilization and it has complete facilities, to realize linkage of entire resource utilization system, so it has no risks of secondary pollution, leakage of inflammable, explosive and toxic substances and safety accidents.
