Technical principle and process routePretreatment technology of facultative cellulose hydrolysis: after crushing and kneading, the straw is evenly sent to the hydrolysis tank through the automatic feeding device. Through the control of aeration, stirring and other process conditions in the hydrolysis tank, a special facultative anaerobic environment is created to realize the symbiosis and coexistence of hydrolysis and acidification fermentative microorganisms, and a large number of aerobic microorganisms can rapidly reproduce and secrete extracellular substances. The crystal structure of straw lignocellulose was destroyed by a large number of aerobic microorganisms. Meanwhile, the macromolecular organic matter was degraded into small molecular soluble organic matter, and the monosaccharide and other metabolites produced by hydrolysis would continue to be degraded into volatile fatty acid VFA dominated by acetic acid by fermentative microorganisms And a small amount of alcohols, which make it easier to be used by methanogens, improve the utilization rate of organic components in raw materials, significantly improve the production efficiency of anaerobic reactor, and shorten the hydraulic retention time (HRT) in anaerobic fermentation stage.

设备投资如以秸秆为主要原料,预处理采用秸秆纤维素水解预处理技术,厌氧发酵采用搪瓷拼装罐,日产40000.0 m3的沼气工程,项目设备投资约为8000.0万元,技术寿命15年。也可利用其他有机废弃物为原料。

年运行维护费用以日产40000.0 m3的秸秆沼气工程为例。用电成本:146.67万元/年;人工成本:72万元/年;管理成本:15.00万元/年;设备维修成本:120.00万元/年;折旧摊销费:570.00万元/年;发电成本:293.33万元/年;有机肥成本:800.00万元/年。总计:2,017.00万元/年。

投资回收期项目规模为4 MW,项目总投资1.14亿元,项目利润为1343.00万元/年,项目静态回收期为8.5年。

附加效益采用该技术后,对于以秸秆为原料,日产40000.0 m3的沼气工程,本项目沼气中的甲烷浓度可高达56.0 %,较常规工艺高约3 %,年发电量较常规工艺约增加159.6万kW·h,增加产值71.04万元/年。计算过程如下: 甲烷增加量为:40000.0×(0.56-0.53)=1200.0 m3/d 年发电量取8000.0 h,甲烷热值取35.91 MJ/m3,发电机组采用进口机组,发电效率取40.0 %,年发电增加量为:1200×8000÷24×35.91×40.0%÷3.6÷10000=159.6万kW·h。 上网电价按照0.6元/kW·h计,产值增加量为:159.6×0.6=95.76万元。

综合效益对于装机容量为4 MW的热电联产沼气工程项目,可每年处理秸秆类有机废弃物4.75万t,年产沼气1460.0万m3。年产电量2933.3万kw·h,可替代标准煤3605.0吨,减排二氧化碳24.5万吨。本技术成果的应用,可有效解决当地废弃生物质引发的环境污染,改善项目周边地区的卫生状况,提高人民生活质量和健康水平,创造良好的生态生存环境,对实现美丽乡村建设具有重要的现实意义。
