Technical principle and process routeThe tunnel smart lighting system is a complete set of software and hardware systems including tunnel lighting, lighting quality monitoring, adaptive control, unsupervised operation, and non-contact ultra-remote control. It solves the "white hole and black hole" effect of tunnel light environment and the environmental quality problems of glare and stroboscopic light, ensures safe operation, effectively reduces lighting energy consumption and operating costs, reduces lamp replacement and maintenance frequency, is easy to maintain, and reduces construction and operation risks and costs. Costs, reduce the impact of construction on the passage of the tunnel, solve the contradiction between lighting energy consumption and operation safety, with significant social and economic benefits.

设备投资以延崇高速松山隧道为例进行介绍,松山隧道左线长度9174m,右线长度9203m,隧道加强照明段全部采用变色温照明灯具,基本段仍采用普通定色温灯具,双侧对称布置。全线布置变色温灯具1004套,定色温灯具3056套,照明调控软件系统布设1 套,10 万/套;调光控制器4 套,20 万/套;照明系统一次投入的投资金308.11万元。

年运行维护费用隧道智慧照明系统技术主要维护费用为灯具照明用电费用,以延崇高速松山隧道为例,按实际缴纳电费单价0.7元/度计算,耗电费用为165.44万元/年。
