- 技术成熟度技术成熟度高。中国是农业大国,光伏产业强国,相关产业基础领先世界。利用匀光玻璃板的固定式光伏农业系统的主要设备包含光伏组件、匀光玻璃、常规支架,直流区电缆等辅材,以上设备基本已经大规模量产,技术成熟。匀光玻璃虽然是行业内近年的新兴技术,但是中科大先研院刘文教授团队和安徽昂科丰光电公司已经从2017年开始在阜阳和宿州基地进行了多次实验,完成了匀光玻璃材料的分光性能、最适高度确定、种植效果比较实验,并能将光伏发电进行并网,掌握了成熟的系统设计集成技术,可以熟练组装运行使用该系统进行光伏农业系统搭建和光伏农场建设。 基于带通滤光膜的聚光式追日型光伏农业系统的主要设备由光伏组件部分和聚合物光学膜组成。其核心技术是聚合物光学膜,刘文教授团队已经掌握该聚合物加工技术并已经应用到种植基地。既能采用高效率的碟式反射聚光光伏发电模式,又能合理分配植物与光伏转换电池二者所需要的光谱,在有效提升光伏系统发电效率的同时又能保证该发电系统装置下的植物能正常生长。
